If you need access for the first time, start with a plan and get your access key. After payment, import the key into a compatible client and test the connection before access becomes urgent.
If something does not work, save the device name, client, network type and a short description of the issue. This helps support find the failing part of the route faster.
Where to get help
The main support path is Telegram support, the bot and the community chat. These channels cover quick questions, setup instructions and unstable-network diagnostics.
We do not promise the same result on every network, but we help check the obvious causes: client, key, network, route and device settings.

To help support debug faster, send a short technical context. Do not publish your VPN key in public chats and do not send unnecessary personal data.
If you have an error screenshot, hide personal data before sending it.
