What data we use
Outlivion uses only the data needed to operate the service: payments, access delivery, support, refunds and the user account.
The product is not built around unnecessary data collection. If information does not help provide access, support or required service operations, it should not become part of the product.
- contact and account data when needed for the account or support;
- payment, plan, access term and refund data;
- technical details voluntarily sent to support;
- basic site data needed for security, analytics and stable operation.
Support and diagnostics
When contacting support, users may voluntarily send details about the device, client, network and symptoms.
This information is used to diagnose a specific request. We do not use it as a marketing promise of absolute invisibility and we do not ask for more data than needed to solve the issue.
What we do not promise
Outlivion does not analyze the content of user traffic for advertising and does not sell personal data. We also separate traffic privacy from technical data needed for payment, support, security and compliance with service terms.
If payment providers, account systems, hosting, analytics or support channels are used, they may process data within their role and their own rules.
Storage and requests
Data should be stored only as long as needed for service delivery, support, refunds, security and required accounting operations.
For data questions, contact support. We may ask you to confirm account or payment ownership so information is not disclosed to someone else.
