Test period

You have up to 30 days to test Outlivion in real conditions: at home, on the road, on public Wi-Fi or on a work device.

If the service does not fit your scenario, contact support before the test window ends. We will review the request and suggest the next step.

What to include

The clearer the description, the faster support can understand the context. Do not send personal data beyond what is needed to find the payment and review the request.

  • payment date and selected plan;
  • device and client used for connection;
  • network type: home Wi-Fi, mobile data, public Wi-Fi or office network;
  • short description of the issue or refund reason.

When a refund may be limited

The refund policy is designed for honest testing. It may be limited if access was used against the terms, shared with third parties or the request is outside the test window.

If the issue is technical, support may first suggest basic diagnostics: key, client, network and connection route.
